July, 2008 Billy: Cassidy Landscape Services repaired the hole at the top of our driveway and sprayed the mixture of grass seed, flowers etc. along our driveway. We paid for the area halfway down the driveway to our home. Thanks for taking care of the rest of the hill! We appreciate your efforts! We also would like to express our appreciation for the great work that Gene Gonzales has done in completing the punch list on 1664 Via Bosque. He has done a great job and we are grateful for his excellent work and coordination of sub-contractors. All the work has been accomplished in a professional and a timely manner. We had a short one year punch list because you all have been so responsive as items needed repair throughout the first year. This home was built by your company and we want to say how excited we are with the outcome of the home. We appreciated all the assistance advise, support, and attention you gave to us. As you know, this was our first house building experience. As you can imagine, we were quite scared and unsure as to what to do, what to expect, and what the final product would be. Wow, are we ever pleased. Both of you treated us like we were your best customer building a multi-million dollar home. When we were scared, you calmed us down, when we had concerns and brought them to your attention, you did not get offended and you made sure we were comfortable with the results. Special thanks to Debby for all the time and attention she gave us whole selecting our title, cupboards, carpeting, fixtures, paints, etc. We had no idea of the amount of work that goes into building a home.
